Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Geekashram for your technical training. We aim to ensure our learners have a rewarding experience while exploring our courses, live bootcamps, and workshops.

By purchasing a course or registering for a workshop on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and the following Refund Policy.

  1. Live Cohorts & Bootcamps

    For our live, mentor-led training batches, the refund criteria are as follows:

    Full Refund Window: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you raise a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the officially scheduled start date of the first live session.

    Partial Refund Window: If the batch has already commenced, you can request a 50% refund within 3 days (72 hours) of the first live class.

    No Refunds: No refund requests will be accepted or processed after the third day of the batch commencement, or if you have accessed more than two live sessions/recorded modules.

  2. Short-Term Workshops & Masterclasses

    Due to the limited seating nature and short duration of our weekend masterclasses or single-day workshops, registration fees are completely non-refundable.

    If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please notify us at info@geekashram.in at least 24 hours in advance. We may, at our sole discretion, transfer your seat to a future schedule of the same workshop.

  3. Self-Paced / Pre-Recorded Courses

    All sales for completely self-paced, pre-recorded digital video courses or downloadable coding packages are final and non-refundable.

    Once digital access to the learning management platform is granted and the source materials are unlocked, we cannot reverse the transaction.

  4. Technical / System Failures

    In the rare event that Geekashram cancels or indefinitely postpones a specific batch or training program due to internal operational issues, learners will be issued a 100% refund automatically.

    Please note that refunds are not provided for student-side technical issues, including local internet outages, power failures, or incompatible hardware.

  5. The Refund Process

    To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

    • Write an email to info@geekashram.in from your registered email ID.
    • Include your Order ID/Registration Number, your full name, and the specific reason for requesting a cancellation.
    • Our admissions compliance team will review your timeline and account activity within 3 business days to verify eligibility.

  6. Payout Timelines

    Approved Refunds: Once a refund is formally approved by our team, the credit will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI gateway).

    Processing Delay: It generally takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to show up on your bank statement, completely depending on your banking provider's domestic clearing cycles.
