Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify us at info@geekashram.in if you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

Intellectual Property & Course Content

All educational materials, source code templates, videos, graphics, text, logos, and course structures provided on https://www.geekashram.in/ are the exclusive intellectual property of Geekashram or its content creators.

Limited License: Enrolling in a course or workshop grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the materials for personal learning purposes only.

Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading (unless explicitly permitted), replicating, reselling, or sharing your login access or course materials with non-registered users.

Code of Conduct & Community Forums

If you interact within our Discord channels, community forums, or live chat during workshops, you agree to adhere to a respectful and inclusive environment. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Harassing, abusing, or discriminating against mentors, staff, or fellow learners.
• Posting spam, promotional affiliate links, malicious software, or copyrighted material belonging to third parties.
• Plagiarizing code assignments or project submissions. Geekashram reserves the right to suspend users who violate these guidelines without a refund.

Course Modifications and Cancellations

Schedule Updates: Geekashram reserves the right to modify course curricula, change live session timings, or switch assigned mentors if operational necessities arise.

Class Postponements: In the event that a batch or workshop is cancelled or postponed by us, registered students will be offered an alternative batch schedule or a full refund for that specific module.

Limitation of Liability

The technical training and content provided by Geekashram are designed to assist your professional development.

No Guarantee of Employment: While we offer career support and guidance, Geekashram does not guarantee job placements, salary hikes, or specific exam clearances upon completion of our programs.

System Failures: We are not liable for any temporary platform downtime, third-party server errors, or local internet disruptions that prevent you from attending live sessions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Geekashram and its instructors, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of your association with Geekashram shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of India.
